From May 20 to 24, 2019 as part of the month for Diversity and Inclusion initiated by Accor, the hotel celebrated LGBT week. Hotel Baraquda Pattaya – MGallery organized the LGBT event for staff at the canteen. The integration of the LGBT community and the fight against discrimination are among the key values of the group. In order to highlight the impact of the event, we provide the cake to celebrated this RIISE campaign.
From May 27 to 31, 2019 Hotel Baraquda Pattaya MGallery celebrated the Generation Week, as part of the month for Diversity and Inclusion initiated by Accor. Creating synergies between employees of different generations is an important principle of the group.
From June 3 to 7, 2019 the hotel celebrated the Culture Week, as part of the month for Diversity and Inclusion initiated by Accor. Promoting different cultural, ethnic and social backgrounds is one of the group’s priorities. In order to spread these values, the hotel organized a Local Lunch from 4 part of Thailand (North, South, East and Central) for all staff.
From June 10 to 14, 2019 hotel celebrated Gender Week, as part of the month for Diversity and Inclusion initiated by Accor. A solidarity movement for gender equality created by the UN, advocates parity, equality of opportunity and treatment between men and women. In order to promote these values and support this movement, we have provided a bunch of cupcake for both men and women staff to make a cupcake decoration.
From June 17 to 21, 2019 we celebrated the Disability Week as part of the month for Diversity and Inclusion initiated by Accor. The fight against discrimination of disabled people and their integration into the company are part of the group’s commitments.
In order to spread this philosophy, we realized a campaign which was intended to remind the difficulty of the daily life of disabled people.
